Can clients book a time online?

Clients tap the booking button and a WhatsApp chat opens with a booking message ready to send. You agree on the time in the chat. A booking calendar with set times is coming to the Starter plan.

Can my price list show different lengths and extras?

Yes. Prices can be grouped, like Braids, Wigs and Natural hair, and each item can have a short note, such as ‘shoulder length’ or ‘hair included’.

My prices are on a poster. Do I have to type them out?

No. Send Shesha a photo of your price list and it types the prices into your site. You check them before anything goes live.

Can I add a month-end special?

Yes. Send a message like ‘add a month-end special: wash and blow R150’, check the preview and tap Publish. Each change like this uses one of your AI changes (50 a month on Free).
